The Pest Exterminators Association of the Philippines, Incorporated (PEAP) held a noteworthy training-workshop on November 30, 2024, at the PAFCPIC Conference Room in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The event aimed to formulate the Association’s action and budget plan for 2025, providing members with an organized platform that will help them align strategic goals with operational strategies. This gathering was attended by the Board of Directors (BOD) committed to PEAP’s vision of empowering its members to pursue an enterprise that embodies the ideals and interests of the pest control industry. The workshop focused on identifying the four (4) scorecards that determine the success value of the Association, key results area, key performance indicators, strategies, activities, and budgetary requirements.

The training-workshop was facilitated by Ms. Alma DC Ochoco, the HR Learning and Development Manager of Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative (PAFCPIC). Members carefully deliberated on how to balance regular operations with long-term initiatives. These discussions emphasized teamwork and strategic thinking, reinforcing the Association’s commitment to excellence.

By the end of the event, PEAP successfully drafted a detailed and realistic action and budget plan for 2025. This accomplishment reflects the Association’s forward-thinking leadership and its ability to mobilize resources effectively. The workshop reaffirmed PEAP’s role as a trusted partner in ensuring the professional growth of members it serves. Participating BODs left the session motivated and aligned, ready to implement the plans for a successful year ahead.
